Are group registration or non-profit organization discounts available?
Yes. Special discounts will be made available for groups of three or more, small startups (less than 5 employees), students, non-profits and government or educational institutions. If you meet the qualifications outlined here, please
contact us directly for a special discount code.

What is your cancellation (refund) policy?
If you are unable to attend and must cancel, please submit cancellations in writing to
info@mrecruitingcamp.com.
Our refund policy is as follows:
» Cancellations received BEFORE August 31, 2012 are eligible for a 100% refund.
» Cancellations received AFTER August 31, 2012 are non-refundable.
» Due to venue costs locked in by mRecruitingcamp, please note that no refunds will be issued for missed sessions or events, including sessions missed due to travel delays or cancellations.
» No-shows will be charged full conference fees.
» You may elect to transfer your event registration to someone else without penalty. Please notify us prior to transferring your event pass.

What is the process for submitting a speaker proposal?
The mRec2012 Speaker lineup has been finalized. We are no longer accepting speaker proposals for the current year. However, if you are interested in speaking at mRecruitingcamp 2013, you must
submit a speaker proposal. All speaker proposals will be replied to within 3-5 business days.

My company would like to partner with mRecruitingcamp. Are partnerships available?

How can I advertise on mRecruitingcamp?

Can I book travel through mRecruitingcamp?
Unfortunately, we are not yet set up to coordinate travel for our conference attendees; however, we are working on this capability and will roll that out in the near future.
